Finally!!! Sayonara Jamie-ko: Top Chef Power Rankings

1.  Dale….+1 from last week.  His big attitude caught a big fish and made big taco.  Big High Five.

2  Carla….+7 from last week.  That’s my girl.  Freakin’ cool play on the NY bagel.  Girlfriend caught some bigass fish too.  . 

3.  Mike Isabella…+1 from last week.  Italian Stallion is always fun to watch.  I want to have beer and his take on pizza with that dude. 

4.  Angelo….+1 from last week.  I thought he had a fiancée.  He was trying to hook up with groupies. 

5.  Tiffany Derry….+1 from last week.  Way to go, Tiffany. 

6.  Antonia…+4 from last week.  What a cool concept with her ‘po boy sandwich.  I felt her pain when she got stuck with her clutzy counter-parts. 

7. Trey...Big guns caught big fish.  Dude’s catching up.   

8.  Richard…-7 from last week.  Do not, and I repeat, do not let Marcel take you down. 

9.  Marcel…-8 from last week.  Marcel, your star is falling.  Enough with the foam, dude. 

10.  Fabio...Yo Fabs… you lookn’ like a front of house bitch right now. 

Finally….the much awaited departure of Jamie.  She is such a smug little punk.  She was like the cockroach that Raid couldn’t kill.  Tiffany Faison….I liked you better this season as a person, but when you lost your hard edge, it seems like your bad-assedness in the kitchen died as well.  Bye bye. ….see you at the Real Housewives/Top Chef Food Truck Show-down.

Camille is a Quitter

What....She quit?  Camille up and left the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills because she is not happy with how she is being portrayed on a REALITY show.  Umm....Camille, you come off as an asshole in the interview portion where, unless you have multiple personalities, you are the only one responsible for your portrayal.  When you slime and smush all over Nick, your husband's friend, and your friend's husband, that is pretty much all you too.  Oh, and when they have video of you repeatedly touting how great you and your husband are compared to others, well that's pretty gross too.  Camille has absorbed this season of a possibly otherwise uninteresting show with shenanigans that are pretty stupid, but sort of like an accident.  You can't help but watch what happens.

Top Scallop Rides Again: Top Chef Power Rankings

This list is based on combined performance and results of  tonight's show.


1.  Marcel....I don't care that he didn't win anything tonight; Marcel is consistently one of the top performers and he impressed Colicchio with his quick fire dish.  
2.  Dale...I want to put this dude near the bottom because his attitude sucks but he has won multiple elimination challenges.  
3.  Richard...Solid performer.  Should have won his season, hands down.  
4.  Mike Isabella...Won the quick fire this week.  He too has been a consistent performer overall.  
5.  Angelo...Creepy Angelo is pretty cocky but pretty consistent, as well.
6.  Tiffany Derry...She is really impressive and she was mocked on her season for having worked at IHOP.  She way outlasted the crap out of whoever made that smug remark and continues to impress. 
7.  Fabio...Love Fabio, but he has kind of sucked hard on All-Stars.  Gnocchi, I don't care how good it is, is not the dish that is going to win Top Chef.  
8.  Trey...His dessert looked kind of pretty in a slushy way.  I really like Trey and want him in the top so hopefully he has better luck next week.  
9.  Carla...Love me some Carla, but she is looking tired. 
10.  Antonia...She is pretty solid.  She is pretty emotional.  She is pretty inconsistent.  
11.  Tiffany F. ...I hated her on Season 1...because she was a force and I quote, "....not your bitch, bitch."  All-Stars has been a completely different story on both counts; I like her but me think she doth suck too much on All-Stars.  
12.  Obviously, Jamie survived another unbelievably unspectacular week.  Judges, what do you taste in her food?  Jamie does prove that narcissism pays.  


Very sad to see Casey go.  I have to remember that judging is based on the challenge and not the overall competition...stupid rules.
